In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable data protection regulations, your personal data may be processed by Sinanoğlu Law Firm acting as the data controller.

2. Processed Data and Legal Grounds
Your Identity (Name, Surname) and Contact (Email, Phone) data shared via our contact form are processed based on the legal grounds of "necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract" and "legitimate interests of the data controller" under Article 5 of the KVKK.

⚠️ Important Notice: Please refrain from entering Sensitive Personal Data (such as health records, criminal convictions, or union memberships) into the contact form. Such data is only processed upon establishing a formal attorney-client relationship and obtaining explicit written consent.

3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed strictly for evaluating your legal inquiries, preventing conflicts of interest, providing preliminary legal consultancy, and communicating with you regarding your request.

4. Site Usage Statistics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure, in aggregate, which pages are viewed. It sets no cookies, assigns no persistent identifier to visitors and does not track individuals; it produces only aggregate figures such as page views, referring address, country and device type. This data does not render you identifiable, alone or combined with other data we hold, and is not used for marketing purposes; its purpose is to see which legal topics readers find useful. Display of visitor IP addresses in the management dashboard and logs has been disabled by the Firm.

The map in the contact section is provided by Google and is not loaded automatically when the page opens. It loads only when you click "View Map"; upon that click your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google, which may set its own cookies. That transfer is governed by Google's own privacy policy. No data is sent to Google unless you click the map, and our address is available on this page without any click.

5. Transfer and Retention of Data
Confidentiality (Attorney-Client Privilege) is our core principle. Your data is never shared with third parties except under strict legal obligations. Inquiries that do not result in a formal legal representation are periodically deleted in accordance with our data destruction policy.

6. Your Rights
You possess the right to learn whether your data is processed, request corrections, demand deletion, and object to processing activities. You may submit your requests in writing via our official contact channels.
